Having served as PRESIDENT of the
Optimist Club of Nampa, Id
And having successfully guided the club in its internal and
community-serving activities, thus making a significant contribution
to the annual, aggregate accomplishments of all Optimist clubs, and
having attained standards of administration established by
Optimist International.
