Mission Statement |

Mission Statement I am Michael Gray, the owner of MTG EnterPrizes. I believe in keeping your computer(s) working at the best of its ability at a reasonable price. Each person is unique, therefore, each person has unique computer needs. Beware, if you ask for a part, I should ask you why. People often mis-diagnose their own problems. If I know your problem, I'll find your best solution. I have found over the years that more than 80% of computer repairs do not require a part. I have worked on many different machines in different environments with lots of various problems. Each problem may have several solutions. I try to find the best one. OK, I'm human too. If I mis-diagnose your problem, I won't force you to keep the part anyway. Once in awhile, I do get stuck with one. I keep spare parts around for test purposes (even a machine). This means you don't have to buy a part to find out if that is the problem. I do not believe in "Swap till you Drop (all the $$ out of your wallet)." |

MTG History I have been working on Electronic gadgets of one sort or another since the late 1960's. In 1978, I received my Master Electronic Technician degree from SCC in Spokane Washington. After trying several different electronic endeavors, I began working on PC's in 1984. Thus explaining the slogan "Keeping People and their Computers working since 1984." MTG EnterPrizes was formally introduced in 1986 in Boise, Idaho. The MTG logo has actually been around on custom parts and circuit boards since about 1978. In 1989, MTG EnterPrizes moved to Nampa Idaho and still resides there today. |
